Welcome to Airjuice! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information

1.1 Airjuice is a company located in Abuja, Nigeria, specializing in the sale of:

  • Luxury Wireless Charging Pads
  • Portable Wireless Power Banks
  • Wireless Charging Phone Cases
  • Smart Desk Organizers with Wireless Charging
  • Wireless Charging Car Mounts

1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Airjuice and its customers.

1.3 All products sold by Airjuice are designed for personal and professional use. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Customers can place orders through our website, authorized retailers, or at our physical location in  Nigeria.

2.2 Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped or handed over to the customer. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Cash (for in-person purchases)

2.3 All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4 Airjuice reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We offer delivery services within Abuja and selected locations across Nigeria. Delivery charges may apply based on location.

3.2 Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order placement. Airjuice is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or carrier issues.

3.3 Customers are advised to inspect their products upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Airjuice accepts returns for defective or damaged products within 14 days of purchase.

4.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.3 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

4.4 Airjuice does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products due to customer preference or incompatibility with devices.

5. Warranty

5.1 All Airjuice products come with a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

5.2 The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by power surges or external factors.

5.3 Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Product Usage and Safety

6.1 Customers are responsible for using Airjuice products in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines.

6.2 Airjuice is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use of its products.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content on Airjuice’s website and packaging are the intellectual property of Airjuice. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Airjuice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

8.2 Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9.2 In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Abuja, Nigeria.
